Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the meeting by email.

The local currency is the Euro (EUR).

Dress Code
The dress code of Master Class is informal.

The voltage in Verona is 220-240 volts and the power sockets are of type F & L.

EAACI will not be held liable for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property incurred by participants at the Master Class. Participants are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover loss incurred in the event of cancellation, medical expenses or damage to or loss of personal effects when traveling outside of their own countries. EAACI cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of the event, proceedings arising from natural, political, social or economic events or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control. Registration of a participant implies acceptance of this condition.

Public Transportation

Verona is located in northern Italy, in the Veneto region. Its geography is very varied, and this allows different activities and attractions for the thousands of visiting guests each year: to the east it reaches the shores of Lake Garda, it is at the foot of the Lessini Mountains and is crossed by the Adige river.
Famous for the love story of Romeo and Juliet, Verona is also known for its Arena and its Roman amphitheatre with the best state of preservation.
Verona has had for centuries an incurable idyll with food and wine. Already in Roman times the wines of Valpolicella were famous and some of the most famous typical Veronese dishes have roots that date back to the Middle Ages.

In April the weather in Verona is pretty mild, but it’s a good idea to bring along a jumper or light jacket for the evenings. The average daily maximum is 20°C and the average daily minimum is 7°C.
