(1) Only registered EAACI Junior Members are entitled to this reduced fee.

To benefit from the reduced EAACI Membership rates, please ensure your 2019 membership fee is paid prior to registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration. If you are not yet an EAACI Member but would like to join, please fill out the application form here.
(3) Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

Terms of Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in written form and sent to the PAAM 2019 registration team by email or fax. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
If the written notification of cancellation is received before 28 June 2019, a 50% refund will take place. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
For cancellation of additional sessions and orders (e.g. PG courses, Meet the Expert sessions, etc.) no cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is received before 28 June 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations of additional sessions received after this date.
Refund requests will be processed within two months after the end of the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
Refunds will be credited only to the person / entity who / which paid the original registration.
Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
Should you have any complaint, you can write directly to email@example.com. EAACI will respond to complaints within a period of four weeks. Complaints will be treated confidentially and saved in our records for internal use only. In case EAACI will not answer fully to the complaint or there are complaints about EAACI and the event itself, an independent external body can be contacted too: firstname.lastname@example.org, REBO Treuhand Rechtsberatung & Organisation (Swiss Certified Fiduciary). REBO's verdict is binding for EAACI; EAACI has to take any measures required and do so promptly. Complaints and their handling are recorded; these records are kept for a set of at least 5 years.
