The local currency is the Euro (EUR).

Electricity
The standard voltage in the Netherlands is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Power sockets are of type C and F.

Insurance/Disclaimer
EAACI will not be held liable for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property incurred by participants at the DMH, 2018. Participants are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover loss incurred in the event of cancellation, medical expenses or damage to or loss of personal effects when traveling outside of their own countries. EAACI cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of the DHM proceedings arising from natural, political, social or economic events or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

The official language of the meeting is English.

Local Time
During DHM 2018 the local time will be CEST (Central European Summer Time).

Meals and Coffees
Coffee breaks and lunch on Friday are included in the registration fee.

Please respect the meeting policy and keep mobile phones on silent in all meeting rooms, the Exhibition Hall and Poster Area.

Photography and Video
Kindly respect that photography and video recording in the session rooms is strictly forbidden.

Public Transportation
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the main international airport of the Netherland.  Located 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) southwest of Amsterdam it is the third busiest airport in Europe in terms of passengers.
Under Schiphol Amsterdam airport is a fully underground rail station with a train service that operates 24 hours a day at the centre of Amsterdam. Trains run directly to Amsterdam central Station as well as other localities, they run every 10-15 minutes. Night trains run every hour. More information can be found here.

Telephone
