Health & Safety regarding the current Coronavirus outbreak

EAACI is monitoring the situation closely and taking advice from authorities such as the WHO, ECDC and local health authorities. The well-being of our delegates and stakeholders is of utmost importance to us and we will make every effort to protect the health and safety of people at all our meetings.

As a gateway to the UK, London benefits from a global airline network. It is served by 6 international airports and 1 international train station where Eurostar trains arrive daily from France, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Getting to ExCeL by car:
  • The postcode for the East Entrance is E16 1FR.
  • There are 3,070 parking spaces across three ExCeL car parks. The Orange car park, the East car park and the Royal Victoria car park (which is located slightly further to the East Entrance). Parking costs £20 for up to 24 hours.

Getting to ExCeL by public transport:
  • DLR: Stop at Prince Regent for ExCeL (East) & ICC London.
  • London Underground: Take the Jubilee Line and change at Canning Town onto a Beckton-bound DLR train to stop at Prince Regent for ExCel (East) & ICC London.
  • London Overground: The DLR and Jubilee Line can be connected from multiple Overground lines such as Stratford, Canada Water, and Shadwell. It’s also possible to join the Overground and travel to ExCeL London from Euston station.

Getting to ExCeL by taxi:
  • Taxi rank in front of the East Entrance (E16 1FR).
