Company Sponsored Mini Symposium (CSMS)
Purina Institute

A revolution in care pathways for cat allergy

Learning objectives:
The presentation will focus on (i) the burden of cat allergy, (ii) diagnosis and management leading to classical care pathways based on cat avoidance, (iii) medications and (iv) immunotherapy. However, this approach is not fully satisfactory and many cat owners wish to keep their cat at home. An ongoing revolution will make it possible to keep a cat in the home of allergic patients: an innovative approach that will substantially alter care pathways.
