Questionnaire on the Allergy Registry

If you are involved with a Registry in the field of allergy, we would very much appreciate if you could complete the following questionnaire: http://dnndefault6.blink.hr/questionnaire

One of the remits of the EAACI Allergy Registry (A-Reg) Task Force is to collect data on existing allergy registries across Europe. EAACI is proud to be a collaborating partner of the European Joint Action ‘PARENT’, an important EU-funded research programme aiming to provide guidelines on improving patient registries across European borders. PARENT has developed the above comprehensive questionnaire to help in this endeavour, which will also be used to pilot a Registry of Registries (RoR), which can be found at http://www.patientregistries.eu/de/ror.

If you have any questions about A-Reg or the PARENT Programme, please contact Dr Christian Apfelbacher at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Many thanks.
