General Information

Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the Meeting.

Coffee Breaks
Coffee Breaks are included in the registration fee.

Dress Code
The dress code of PAAM 2017 is informal.

Insurance / Disclaimer
PAAM 2017 Organising Committee, EAACI and PAAM 2017 Organising Secretariat accept no liability for any personal injury, the loss or damage of property or additional expenses incurred by participants either during the Meeting or as a result of delays, strikes or any other circumstances. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Letter of invitation
Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Meeting may address the Meeting Organizing Bureau, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus Tours and Travel UK Limited will fully refund registration fees minus bank charges.

Language
The official language of the meeting is English.

Mobile Phone Policy
Please respect the meeting policy and switch off your mobile phone in all session rooms.

Photography and Video
Kindly respect that photography and video recording in session rooms is strictly forbidden.
