Call for Late Breaking Abstracts
Submission deadline: 21 August 2017
Submission procedureLate Breaking Abstract submission is now available online, through the PAAM 2017 website. The first step to follow before submitting an abstract online is to login to the system, by entering your contact details and creating your personal username and password. These login details will allow you to access your Personal Page, through which you may:
• Submit your abstract(s) and make changes until the abstract submission deadline
• Register to the Meeting
• Book your accommodation
Abstracts can be submitted via WebEditor or by uploading a word document. You are advised to fill in all requested information regarding all authors mentioned in their abstract, in the order they are to appear.
After submitting the abstract text, you are given the option of marking it under “PENDING” status, in which case you will be able to make any changes you wish within the abstract submission deadline. After the abstract submission deadline has expired, all abstracts will be automatically turned to “CONFIRMED” status, thus disabling the option for changes.
Submitting authors can check their abstract(s) text any time through the online system until the deadline set for abstract submission has expired.
Important note: Abstract submission is completed by clicking on the “SUBMIT ABSTRACT” button; you will then be redirected to a page confirming submission and providing you with your abstract’s unique submission code, which will be used as a reference number for all our future correspondence related with abstract submission. This is to be considered as the official confirmation of your abstract’s submission.
